Three columns of claims, and every one of them is a claim about a single place. Here is the place, so you can work out whether a card is talking about you.
The West Midlands distribution licence area, run by National Grid Electricity Distribution (West Midlands) plc. We hold that as a working map rather than a settled fact, so run a postcode through the operator before you act on it. Nobody posting here needs to guess: dial 105, it costs nothing, and it answers for whatever address you are standing at.

Both figures come from PVGIS, queried on 13 September 2026 for an 800 W device with 14 per cent losses, using Birmingham as the point that stands in for the region. A region is not a point and a good day is not an average, so read them as the top of the range and not a number to budget against.
Worth being precise about, because the two look similar and are worth different amounts.

The East Midlands site is run as a register, with five checks a trade has to pass before its name goes up. Different county, different instrument, and both are honest about which they are.

A trade posting gets asked two things: what you are registered to do, and what changed on 27 August 2026. The second one is not a trick question and it filters more than you would expect.
A householder posting keeps their address off the board entirely. The card shows a postcode district and what is needed, and any trade wanting to respond comes through us.
A price posting needs the four things listed under that column. Three of the four is a rumour with a number attached.
